Its just a checklist...To show to people what is possible.  Better in desktop.  The background video doesn't show on mobile devices.  However, if you wanted to make a check list that did not include a video, it would work just fine on a mobile device.

Its best from a desktop.  This is just to give you ideas about how you can repurpose these visual novel game engines to help with accuracy and productivity in repetitive but complex tasks
